Eugene O’Neill’s American classic play, The Iceman Cometh, made its Broadway premiere on April 26, 2018 to incredible reviews!

Set in the summer of 1912 at Harry Hope’s saloon on New York’s lower west side, this is O’Neill’s classic story of a freespending boisterous salesman who compels his fellow barflies to confront their pipe dreams.

Washington’s Broadway credits include A Raisin in the SunFences, Julius Caesar, and Checkmates. He won the Tony Award for his performance as Troy Maxon in August Wilson’s Fences, a role he recently reprised for the 2016 film adaptation, which he also directed.
 
Wolfe has won five Tony Awards, three as a producer, and two as a director. His Broadway directing credits include Shuffle AlongLucky GuyThe Normal HeartCarolineor ChangeThe Wild Party, and On the Town, among many more.
